We’re excited to announce that Axonius was named to the 2022 Forbes Cloud 100 — the definitive ranking of the top 100 private cloud companies across the world.
This marks the seventh annual Cloud 100 list, which Forbes produces in partnership with Bessemer Venture Partners and Salesforce Ventures. The companies on the list are selected for growth, sales, valuation, and culture. They also receive a reputation score based on a panel made up of 26 public cloud company CEOs, who assist in evaluating and ranking their private company peers.
For us, it’s the second year in a row to be included in the Forbes Cloud 100 ranking. Axonius came in at 83 this year, up from 100 in 2021 when we first cracked this list. At the time, we were the second youngest company and one of the smallest by employee size on the 2021 list. From Dean Sysman, co-founder and CEO at Axonius:
“We are thrilled to be included in the Cloud 100 for the second consecutive year. We’re on a mission to help our customers Control Complexity™ across their entire organization, which we plan to do by becoming the system of record for all infrastructure. This recognition, as well as the monumental growth we’ve experienced throughout 2022, is proof that we’re achieving this goal. I could not be more proud of our team and their continued dedication for this accomplishment.”
This growth includes Axonius closing a $200 million Series E funding round at a valuation of $2.6 billion. Since its founding, Axonius has consistently recorded triple-digit revenue growth.
As for this year, Axonius is one of Business Insider’s 11 Cybersecurity Startups to Bet Your Career on in 2022, Inc. magazine’s 2022 Best Workplaces, and The Silicon Review 5 Best Startups to Watch in 2022.
The mission to support our customers
The role of innovation is a major part of our growth. And it’s how we help our customers move away from reactive, day-to-day firefighting so they stay proactive to security threats and focus on the bigger picture.
We launched our second product, Axonius SaaS management, earlier this year. We also added new features to the Axonius Cybersecurity Asset Management Solution, including a vulnerability management module and dashboard enhancements.
This momentum can be attributed to our deep understanding of — and commitment to — the IT and security challenges currently facing organizations worldwide. By helping our customers control the complexity that comes with managing and protecting their environments, IT and security teams can more effectively mitigate threats, navigate risk, and decrease incidents.
